TaMaSi is an organization established in Rijeka in 2020, that today runs global activities from its offices. “TaMaSi” means “something dynamic”, which for our staff of professionals relates to being international social entrepreneurs who preserve a passion for social purposes, in a modern concept of entrepreneurs.

The organization is composed of staff members, co-workers, and a pool of externals, ca. 50 professionals in total, forming dedicated teams that co-create, develop, and/or implement international projects in research, innovation – as well as an exchange of good practices, seminars and/or training courses. CEO & Founder

TaMaSi was founded by Tara Pavić Mikić in 2020 with the mission to: “Promote a healthy lifestyle and improve health, physical fitness, psychological and longevity of the nation by systematic physical activity and sport for everyone.” In delivering this mission, TaMaSi undertakes a range of programmes and initiatives that are relevant to the overarching objectives of this project.

Tara is the CEO, founder, and Chief project manager of the TaMaSi, with experience in leading, managing, and writing more than 50 Erasmus + projects. She has extensive experience in implementing and organizing various workshops through E + projects.
From 2018 Project coordinator and manager for Erasmus+ Sports projects.
Since 2020 she works on various projects ranging from Youth projects, adult education, social inclusion, Gender equality etc.
She has extensive experience in sports because Tara was an extremely successful synchronized swimmer.
She speaks 8 languages, 3 of which she professionally coordinates as a Court interpreter.
Tara is also a licensed sailboat captain.
She is the President of the oldest and most successful swimming club in Croatia, Primorje 08.
She holds a Master’s Law degree and a Public procurement certificate.

She is extremely capable in managing and organizing teams of several people, departments, and sectors.
